Could you possibly have Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS)?

The following symptoms are the main symptoms of SAS other than drowsiness during the day. There is a possibility of SAS if you have the following symptoms.

  3. I sometimes wake up feeling stuffy.
  4. High blood pressure
  5. Overweight or have gained more than 3 kilograms within a year.
  6. I have to go to the bathroom many times during the night.

  8. Wake up with a headache in the morning.
  9. Dry mouth and throat after waking up.
  10. Have trouble concentrating or have become more forgetful.
  11. Get tired very easily or feel heavy.
  12. Bad night sweats and cannot sleep well.
  13. Heartburn after waking up.
  14. I have experienced a traffic accident that may have been caused by dozing off.
